Designed for Çınar Mermer, one of the participants of MARBLE — the International Natural Stone and Technologies Fair, one of the most important gatherings in the world’s natural stone industry. The primary design goal at the fair stand was to show visitors how the marble products in the company’s collection are used in design areas. For this reason, many different usage alternatives were displayed in a small area, while a common unity was achieved across these different displays. At the fair stand, the meeting table, the reception desk and the main load-bearing walls of the stand were built from marble plates. How the marble material can be used on the floor, walls, furniture, lighting and bathroom products was demonstrated. To best reflect the texture and color of the marble material, a custom structure was built on the ceiling for the stand, allowing both general and accent lighting. The fair stand was designed to feel open to the outside, inviting, while also having clear boundaries — an atmosphere where visitors can comfortably converse with the team.
